One of the most exciting areas at the S-F Scout Ranch is Hucks Cove. With two water slides, a rope swing, and other exciting water challenges, this is one place you do not want to miss.
Another part of Hucks Cove is the tree houses, where your troop may camp during the rest of the year. There are five tree houses and each is named after a character in the book Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain.
As an extra attraction, many troops from Camps Gamble and Famous Eagle will travel to Hucks Cove by pontoon boat. The camp staff calls these The Water Dogs. Look for deer along the shore and watch the water skiers from the Swift Base as you speed to the Cove.
