Scouts come and go from Webelos Mini-Camp and Webelos Camp often.  Ball games, school functions and family commitments are the most prevalent reasons that Scouts may need to leave early.

It is a simple process to have your son leave and possibly return to camp. We just ask that you let our camp office know prior to departure and check in upon return.

For a Scout to leave early, the Scout, the leader and the adult providing transportation must report to the camp office and fill out a Scout Leaving Early form. If the adult providing transportation is not the parent, the Scout's parent must provide a written note indicating whom the Scout may leave with.  Upon departure, tell us when you expect to return or if you will not be returning.

Upon return, please check in again through the office.

It's that simple.
