The best way to insure that your mail arrives on time and is delivered, is to prepare it in advance and slip it to your sons den leader prior to their departure with delivery date instructions.

We will not be able to locate your party while you wait. A member of our staff will ask you a few questions to assess the level of expediency required. We will deliver your message, usually at the next meal time.

Our phone is manned for emergencies 24 hours a day.  But please restrict any phone calls to between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, if possible.

We do have a pay phone at the Swift Lodge for outgoing phone calls.  Scouts must have a written note from their leader to use the phone.  Sometimes a Scout may be homesick and does not tell his leader.  If he has access to a phone he might call you and tell you about how a dragon destroyed his campsite and ate everyone else at camp, to get you to come down and pick him up.  If his leader and our staff is aware of his problem we can try to help.
