"One Good Turn Begins Service for Life" is the theme for the Council's Annual Meeting and Recognition Dinner on Thursday, May 29, at the St. Charles Convention Center. The Silver Beaver Award, the highest recogntion a Boy Scout council can bestow on an adult volunteer, will be presented to 22 Scouters. |
