Eagle Scouts, their parents, and Order of the Arrow members can support Scouting by proudly displaying the official Eagle Scout or Order of the Arrow license plate on their Missouri-registered vehicles.
Step 1: Make a special annual contribution of $25 or more to the Greater St. Louis Area Council, BSA, by sending a check or money order along with the Eagle Scout or Order of the Arrow Emblem Use Authorization Statement (PDF) (complete only the application section) to:

Step 2: The Greater St. Louis Area Council will send you two documents: 1) an application for personalized plates, and 2) the Emblem Use Authorization Statement (PDF). The Emblem Use Authorization Statement is proof that you have contributed to the Boy Scouts of America License Plate Program. It will be required when you submit your application.
Step 3: Complete the Application for Missouri Personalized and Special License Plates. The plates allow six spaces for your personalized message and four characters for the personalization of a disabled plate. The Eagle Scout or Order of the Arrow plates are considered personalized plates and require payment of a $15 fee to the Missouri Department of Revenue.
Step 4: Take your application for Missouri Personalized and Special License Plates, Emblem Use Authorization Statement (PDF), and $15 personalized plate fee to your local license office

Step 5: The Department of Revenue will order your plates. You will be notified by mail when your plates are available and given information about getting them at your local license bureau. If you have any questions about processing, or your Application for Missouri Personalized and Special License Plates, direct them to the Department of Revenue through your local license bureau. If you currently have personalized plates, your message can be transferred to the Scouting plates.
You may order your Scouting plates at any time regardless of your current license plate expiration date. The Department of Revenue will either exchange the new Scouting plate for your surrendered plate or pro-rate your fees.
