New Cub Scouts and their families are invited to enjoy a "Taste of Scouting" on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Beaumont Scout Reservation.

New Cub Scouts can spend the day doing archery, crossing a monkey bridge, building crafts, climbing aboard a pirate ship and many other fun activities. Come and go as you like. You may bring a picnic lunch. Cost is $5 per family.
