VARSITY HUDDLES
All Varsity Scout leaders are requested to attend the Varsity Huddle before every Roundtable.
Huddles are held the first Tuesday of every month in conjunction with Roundtable, from 6:45 to 7 p.m. Roundtable program begins at 7 p.m.

AUTISM, ADD AND ADHD WORKSHOP
Sunday, May 24 at 1:00 PM a workshop will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wentzville located at 317 W. Pearce Blvd, Wentzville, MO 63385. This workshop will help to educate leaders and parents on the ADD/ADHD and Autism spectrum disorders. You will also learn some behavior modification techniques to implement at home and unit meetings. This workshop is open to all leaders and parents.

2009 PROGRAM PREVIEW
When: Tuesday, June 2; 7 p.m.
Where: Hyland Performance Arena, Lindenwood University
Who Should Attend: Cubmasters, den leaders, Scoutmasters, Varsity Coaches, crew Advisors, committee chairs
This meeting will help units build their 2009-2010 calendar. It will also be a way for units to find out how to celebrate the centennial year of Boy Scouts of America.

SILVER BEAVER RECIPIENT
Twenty-three Scout volunteers -- including Debbie Smith -- will be honored on May 28 with the council's highest award, the Silver Beaver! It will be memorable evening for Debbie and we hope you will come out in support of her! Debbie has served as the Boone Trails Venturing Advisor, council Venturing Advisor and numerous other roles in Pack, Troop and Crew 858 chartered to Progress South Elementary PTO.
The Council Annual Dinner will be held in our backyard at the St. Charles Convention Center on May 28 at 6 p.m. This will be an exciting time for Debbie and her family. Please make arrangments to attend if you can.

CUB SCOUT ADVENTURE CAMP
More than 1,000 Boone Trails Cub Scouts will attend one of the seven Cub Adventure Camps this summer. Scouts who have attended camp in the past had tons of fun, shot rockets, BB guns and archery, and made crafts. Don't let your boys miss out on this terrific opportunity. By the way, boys can attend more than one adventure camp in the same summer.
