UNIT SELF-ASSESSMENT

Listed below are links to the .pdf files of the unit assessment forms for packs, troops and crews.  There is also a guidline page for detailed instructions.  Unit visitations should take place on a very regular basis, especially around the fall recruitment and rechartering times.  Please submit the completed assessment forms to your assistant district commissioner as soon as you have completed it.
