DOES YOUR PACK, TROOP OR CREW NEED HELP? HAVE YOU TRIED YOUR UNIT COMMISSIONER?Unit commissioners are experienced Scouters whose job is to help you deliver the Scouting Program. Unit commissioners are the first and best source of help for your unit.
Click here to locate and contact your Unit Commissioner:
WE WANT YOU!! -- UNIT COMMISSIONERS

A UC is assigned one to three units, depending on the UC's availability.
If you are interested in becoming a UC, please contact one of your district executives or District Commissioner Steve Smith. UC meetings are the second Monday of the every month 7 p.m., at Clayton High School, No. 2 Mark Twain Circle, in the library.

ATTENTION, ALL LEADERS...
We are now entering our end-of-the-year roundup. We need every unit in the district to conduct an end-of-the-year membership inventory to make sure that all of the youth participating in the program are registered in the program. We need to add 175 Scouts by Dec.31 to reach our end-of-the-year district goal.
As we approach the year 2010, we ask each unit in the district to identify an adult to manage unit membership. We need to determine ways to increase our retention of Scouts in the program. The unit membership manager would look for trends that cause the loss of Scouts and search for and implement plans that would reduce the loss of Scouts in your program. They can contact the district membership chair for suggestions.
