A big congratulations to Troop 329 and Troop 452 for achieving "TOP OF THE ARCH."  Way to go!

It isn't rocket science!  The qualifications are basic requirements that insure successful units -- training, two-deep leadership, outdoor activities and on-time charter!  In addition to these four basic requirements, two other criteria must be completed -- such as doing a service project and planning your unit's yearly program!  Most units complete the requirements but not the paperwork! 

We need each on-time unit to work for Quality status!  We can do it!   Every pack, troop and crew has to step up to the plate in order to accomplish this important goal!
