All request for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the appropriate department at the Greater St. Louis Area Council at 4568 West Pine Blvd., St. Louis, MO  63108.

Requests for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days before the date of non-usage or non-participation for which the refund is being requested.
