Camp Fees and Refunds

The camp fee includes meals, program and tentage.  You need only bring enough money for craft supplies, merit badge pamphlets, souvenirs and goodies at the camp Trading Post.

The fee for Boy Scout Camp 2014 (S-F & Lewallen) is $250.
The fee for Swift Base 2014 (Venturers) is $260.
The fee for Webelos Camp 2014
 is $250.
The fee for Webelos Mini-Camp 2014 is $135.

Camp fees include the reservation fee. The reservation fee is not refundable or transferable after May 1.  By that time we have committed resources to contract staff and purchase supplies.  In a number of cases, we have turned away participants because reservations indicate that the camp is full.

You can save $15 by paying in full on or before March 1, 2014.



A unit can cancel their complete reservation and get a full refund if cancelled by February 1, 2014.  After February 1, 2014 a $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied to any unit cancelling their complete registration. Individuals can cancel their reservation fees if requests are made in writing by March 1, 2014. No refunds of individual reservation fees after March 1, 2014. No individual refund requests will be processed before August 15, 2014.

Refunds cannot be made at camp. Refunds are not available after Sept. 30.
