Important Life to Eagle News
A change to requirement #5 has been received from the National Council.  The requirement now reads "While a Life Scout plan, develop, and give leadership to others in a service project helpful to any religious institution, any school, or your community.  A project proposal must be approved by the organization benefiting from the effort, your unit leader and unit committee, and the council or district before your start.  You must use the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook, No. 512-927, in meeting this requirement."

Workbook Reminders
-If you started writing your project proposal using the "old" workbook, you may continue and present your project proposal at district boards until 5/31/12
-If you will be presenting your project proposal after 6/1/12, you must use the new workbook.
-If you already received project approval using the "old" workbook, you will continue to use that workbook through your entire Eagle process.
