Pathfinder Order of the Arrow news

 

The next Pathfinder OA Chapter meeting is set for Thursday, May 10, 2012. 

 

It is being held at the Maryland Heights golfing complex – 3200 Creve Coeur Mill Road, next to Creve Coeur Park. 

 

The facility will open for our Chapter to use at 6:30pm.  Club rental and putting are free for all OA members.  Balls for the driving range are $7.50 per bucket. 

 

The business meeting for the Pathfinder Chapter OA will begin promptly at 7:45pm. 

 

Come on out and enjoy fellowship and burn a few calories golfing with your fellow Arrowmen!

Update – Spring Conclave

 

 

 

Even though it was a very wet weekend, Spring Conclave 2012 was completed it grand style!!  Lots of meaningful service was given by candidates during the day.

Service Project opportunity

Plus Free Summer Camp Physicals!!

 

Scouts (youth only) are able to get a ‘free’ physical for attending summer camp on Wednesday May 16, 2012. 

 

The physicals are available at Shriner’s Hospital, 2001 S. Lindbergh Blvd, Frontenac, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. 

 

Be sure to bring a BSA medical form with the front page completed prior to getting your physical. 

 

Arrowman who need to participate in a service project as a part of earning your Brotherhood honor can volunteer to work this event.  Arrive at Shriner’s by 5:45pm, in full uniform complete with OA sash.  Various jobs can be done by Arrowman to assist in the success of the event.

The August Chapter meeting will be on Saturday August 11, 2012.  Location to be announced, but we will have the traditional end-of-the-year picnic! 

 

This chapter meeting also involves taking nominations for next year’s Chapter officers.  If you want to nominate an Arrowman to serve, be sure to check with that individual prior to making your nomination.
