Help Us Support The United Way
The United Way of Greater St. Louis annually raises funds to support non-profit organizations throughout our region. Our council is a United Way agency and appreciates its support.

We're seeking people to help us support the United Way's fundraising efforts. Torchlighters are a special group of presenters that assist the United Way at campaign meetings. The provide personal stories of outcomes they witnessed through agencies that receive United Way allocations.

Presentations occur between August and November and are 8 to 10 minutes in length. Speaking engagements are flexible.

​Our Council receives allocations from 7 United Way agencies that are located throughout our geographic territory.  The largest allocation comes from the United Way of Greater St. Louis.  The other United Way agencies which graciously support Scouting in our Council are:

 

• Franklin County (MO) Area United Way

• Sikeston/Bootheel Area United Way, Inc.
• Twin Cities
• United Way of Southeast Missouri
  
• United Way of Southern Illinois
  

Our Council encourages all who support Scouting to support their local United Way agency.  The Council supports the overall mission of the United Way and respectfully asks that you do not designate your donation to be sent to the Greater St. Louis Area Council.
