Truck Transportation Merit Badge Skill Center

On Saturday January 12, 2013, there will be a Truck Transportation Skill Center. It will be held at UniGroup (United Van Lines) facility in Fenton, MO, located south and west of Interstates 44 and 270. Starting time is at 9:00 am and will conclude approximately at 1:00 pm. Scouts must be in uniform and bring a merit badge card signed by their scoutmaster. Scouts can be dropped off at the beginning of the session and picked up between 1:30-2:00pm.
This skill center is limited to the first 50 Scouts and must be registered by January 7, 2013. The cost of this skill center is $2.00. Lunch is not included so we recommend you bring lunch with you. To sign up, make checks payable to GSLAC and mail to:

Truck Transportation Merit Badge Counselors are available to meet with Scouts from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Appointments can also be made at a later date with the counselor. Participants need to bring a current Truck Transportation merit badge book and the information needed in requirements 1 and 2.
Attendance at the skill center does not guarantee that Scouts will pass the requirements for the merit badge. In accordance with the merit badge policy, a Scout must meet with a counselor to complete the merit badge requirements.
