Boy Scout Leaders

This hands-on program gives adult leaders the practical outdoor skills needed to lead Boy Scouts in outdoor activities. Leaders gain knowledge about setting up a campsite, pitching a tent, hiking, outdoor cooking -- all the skills necessary to lead the outdoor program of the Boy Scouts.
 
Prerequisite: This is Scouting (Formerly New Leader Essentials) - Take Online Now!

Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster training is required for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters and is available several times a year. Your local District Executive (Who is that?) can help you find a convenient training date for you. You can also check the Events Calendar to see what training is coming up!

Intro to Outdoor Skills is also required to be a Scoutmaster/Assistant Scoutmaster. To find out when the next training is available, you will need to contact your local District Executive (Who is that?) at (314) 361-0600.

Troop Committee training is available online. This training is required for Committee Members in a Boy Scout Troop.
