Every boy needs a role model to help them grow into a respectable young sumaritan. As a Cub Scout Leader, you can help these boys in many ways so that they can use these skills and experiences outside of scouting. In order to be a leader, there is training involved in achieving this goal. Many of these trainings can be taken online. Below is a list of training that is needed. You can take a specified leader training or all of them. Most people take them all since they are changing positons as their boy move up to the next level.
