Every boy needs a role model to help him grow into a respectable young Samaritan. As a Cub Scout Leader, your guidance allows Scouts to achieve throughout their lives. Scouts are able to apply the skills and experience gained in Scouting to a variety of life decisions.
To be an effective leader, you must complete training. Much of this training can be taken online. Below you will find a list of required training. You can take specified leader training or all of the courses. Most people take all of the courses at once since they often change positions as their Scouts advance in ranks.
