It will be required for those units taking a trek to the Philmont Scout Reservation, Northern Tier and Florida Sea Base in 2013 and beyond and is recommended for back country camping, hiking, canoeing, or other high adventure.
***YOU MUST BE CERTIFIED IN CPR WITH AED BEFORE TAKING THIS COURSE.***
The training program will be held at Beaumont Scout Reservation and S bar F Scout Ranch. You can bring a tent and camp overnight at Beaumont or spend the night in Swift Lodge. Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather as there will be some outdoor activities.
